Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, deposits are not refundable after time has been reserved, planning has started, infrastructure has been prepared, discovery has been performed, or any project work has begun. If nothing has started, Gatula Labs may refund or credit the deposit less processing and administrative costs.
Extra pages, features, languages, integrations, design rounds, API changes, urgent work, content rewriting or server tasks outside the approved scope may increase the price and timeline. We prefer confirming changes in writing before doing them.
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership or a usage licence to custom final deliverables is granted after full payment. Gatula Labs may keep reusable methods, templates, internal tools, generic components, know-how and pre-existing materials.
Yes. Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, security checks and technical care can be provided as a separate maintenance plan or written agreement. They are not automatically included in every build.
