Professional project work requires reserved time, planning and responsibility from both sides. For most custom work, Gatula Labs may require a deposit before discovery, design, development, emergency response or scheduled implementation begins.
Deposits reserve project capacity. A deposit may be required to secure time, start planning, prepare resources or begin technical work.
Written scope protects both sides. Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and milestones should be confirmed by proposal, email, invoice or written agreement.
Changes are handled cleanly. Extra features, delays, integrations, content changes or new requirements may affect timeline and price.
